Imdyne specializes in contract manufacturing for OEM's requiring high quality steel parts and manufacturing capabilities. Our plant is located in Spencer, Iowa. This location provides our customers with a centralized shipping point to service our customers in Iowa, Missouri, Minnesota, South Dakota, Nebraska and Illinois.

Our contract manufacturing services began with Simonsen Iron Works, which was founded in 1906. Simonsen developed a reputation for quality and service along with a strong customer base including Cycle Country Accessories. Simonsen Iron Works and Cycle Country merged in 2005 under the Cycle Country name. Imdyne was created as a wholly owned subsidiary of Cycle Country to focus solely on contract manufacturing services.

Cycle Country Accessories Corporation was founded in 1981.  It has since grown to be one of the world's largest manufacturers of ATV accessories and has won numerous ATV accessory awards.  In 1995 we extended our marketing efforts outside the United States and have since added distribution in over 40 countries.  In 1997 we received the "Small Business Exporter of the Year" award for the state of Iowa.
